We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations and personnel in the absence of the store manager and assistant manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Operations: Ensure compliance with company policies, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain store safety and appearance.
  • Leadership: Provide guidance to employees to ensure top-notch customer service, manage light equipment and yard upkeep, and implement Company-promoted initiatives.
  • Inventory Management: Order and receive merchandise following inventory guidelines, monitor cash and inventory control during shifts, and update price book and merchandise orders.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and customers, report any maintenance issues, environmental concerns, or unusual incidents to the appropriate authorities and management.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Skills: Ability to work independently, flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings, reliable transportation, and valid driver's license required
  • Physical Requirements: Regular bending, reaching, and lifting of 1 to 15 lbs, occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs, reaching above shoulder height and bending below waist, full in-store mobility, and quick movement around the store

Compensation: $16-17/hr
