Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Palo Alto Networks. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and web
  • Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner
  • Work on complex issues that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Use fault isolation and root cause analysis skills to diagnose and tackle complicated technical issues
  • Identify product defects and file bug reports with the engineering team
  • Publish Technical Support Bulletins and provide content technical review for Knowledge Base

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of relevant support experience
  • Proven ability to independently debug broad, complex, and unparalleled networks with mixed media and protocols
  • In-depth understanding of Networking concepts and experience with multi-vendor networking devices
  • Experience with security protocols, routing and switching, and system administration
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
