School Based Dentist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled School Based Dentist to provide dental care services to students in Waterbury. The ideal candidate will have a DDS or DMD degree, residency experience, and a strong interest in providing care to diverse patient populations.
Responsibilities:
Provide diagnosis and treatment planning of routine and emergency dental patients
Provide general dentistry services to target population according to the mission and goals of CHC
Assist with orientation, training & development of dental clinical personnel
Maintain accurate documentation of all dental services
Ensure strict compliance with safety and infection control standards
Requirements:
DDS or DMD degree from accredited dental school
Residency experience (preferred) or 1-2 years general dental clinical experience
State of Connecticut dental license, NERB or Regional Dental Boards, DEA (Federal and State) active licensure
Bilingual fluency in language spoken by our patient population (English/Spanish or English/Polish) strongly preferred
