Role Overview
The Partner Integration Manager will spearhead the execution of integration strategies aligned with our strategic Fiber objectives and timelines. This role involves fostering collaborative relationships with both internal and external partners to enhance communication and cooperation throughout the integration process. The manager will focus on optimizing the customer experience and developing strategies to mitigate potential risks. Regular interactions with senior leadership will be essential to provide updates on timelines and key accomplishments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and activate multiple strategic partnerships post-contract, ensuring adherence to key milestones and timelines.
  • Maintain proactive relationships with partners, addressing business challenges and advocating internally to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments including product, retail, care, marketing, sales, legal, and finance to coordinate and direct project milestones.
  • Represent T-Mobile in external meetings with partner organizations.
  • Develop tools, processes, and reporting mechanisms to standardize and enhance team operations and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Manage additional duties and projects as assigned by business management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in corporate alliances or partnership management.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a direct approach and strong presentation abilities.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing successful long-term marketing partnerships.
  • Experience in cross-functional project work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to define issues, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Demonstrated history of high achievement.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $79,900 - $144,200. Corporate Bonus Target: 15%. The pay range reflects the general base pay for a successful candidate in this role, with actual compensation determined by factors such as work location, qualifications, and experience.
