Johns Hopkins University is looking for a dedicated Retention Specialist/Cohort Tracker to join our Student Affairs department. This position is crucial for monitoring and supporting students within six-year graduation cohorts, working under the guidance of the Assistant Director of Retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough analysis of student data to uncover significant trends.
- Design and implement communication strategies and interventions based on data insights.
- Generate comprehensive reports for various campus stakeholders.
- Foster partnerships across campus to enhance student success and retention.
- Advocate for necessary policy adjustments to support student needs.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of three years of applicable experience.
- A Master's Degree in social sciences or higher education administration.
- At least five years of relevant professional experience.
