We are a licensed home care agency providing professional homecare services in the New York Metropolitan area, Central, and Upstate NY Regions.

Our team is comprised of highly qualified nurses, home health aides, and caregivers who are hand-picked based on their skills and capabilities. They are all licensed, insured, and cleared with extensive background screening.

Our main goal is to deliver compassionate, professional, and integrity-centered care to our clients. We work within the community to provide quality home care for individuals in need.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Community Outreach Representative to promote and build our company within the Rochester area.

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships within the community to generate quality leads for Home Care services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Submit daily reports to management
  • Build relationships, receive referrals, and promote our agency with hospitals, nursing homes, community organizations, and physician practices
  • Manage and create new referral sources (nursing homes, hospitals, community referrals, etc.)
  • Conduct presentations to support groups, adult day cares, community events, etc. as well as conduct home visits and personalized appointments as needed to complete the enrollment process
  • Follow up on leads and referrals from family members, caregivers, and other sources
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
  • Ability to hold events and build relationships within the community
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-motivated and a go-getter
  • Must have a car and be able to travel to meetings daily
  • Preferred: Bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English
Work Environment:

On the road, 8-hour shift

Pay Range:

The hiring range for this position is $55,000.00 annually. Various factors will determine final compensation, such as years of relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
