External Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage deeply with iHeartMedia's innovative Broadcast and Digital Marketing Solutions.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients within your designated territory.
- Discover and cultivate new business prospects while managing a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing clientele.
- Identify emerging opportunities and craft compelling proposals tailored to the evolving needs of clients and agencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth and consistently meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Design impactful marketing initiatives that align with the iHeartMedia brand.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations with confidence and clarity.
- Ensure effective communication with clients to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Stay informed about competitors to continually seek new account leads.
- Negotiate pricing and ensure timely payments from clients.
- Adhere to all company protocols for order preparation, billing resolution, and regular reporting on sales activities and market analysis.

Employment Type: Regular Full-Time
