Your Role
The Logistics Customer Support Specialist position is crucial to our ongoing success and our goal of simplifying logistics. You should be a collaborative team member, committed to customer satisfaction, enthusiastic about our industry, and disciplined in executing tasks effectively. Daily Responsibilities

  • Comprehend growth strategies, objectives, commitments, policies, pricing agreements, and challenges of all assigned accounts.
  • Develop new and enhance existing customer relationships by coordinating, scheduling, and resolving issues.
  • Oversee daily shipments using our transportation management system software to ensure timely pick-up and delivery.
  • Address customer operational needs by creating orders, managing shipments, providing tracking information, and handling billing and collections.
  • Stay informed about market trends and industry standards to facilitate pricing negotiations and educate customers as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 - 2+ years of experience in logistics.
  • Background in customer service/support.
  • Proficiency in managing Excel spreadsheets.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours.
