Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Comprehend growth strategies, objectives, commitments, policies, pricing agreements, and challenges of all assigned accounts.
  • Establish new and enhance existing customer relationships through effective communication, scheduling, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee daily shipments using our transportation management system software, ensuring timely pick-up and delivery.
  • Address customer operational needs by processing orders, managing shipments, providing tracking information, and handling billing and collections.

Stay informed about market trends and industry standards to facilitate spot and contracted pricing, while educating customers as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Logistics
- Background in Customer Service/Support
- Proficiency in managing Excel spreadsheets
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Availability to work weekends and flexible hours
