The Customer Operations Representative role is crucial to our continued success and mission to simplify logistics. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Understand growth strategies, goals, commitments, policies, pricing agreements, and pain points of all assigned accounts.
  • Establish new and strengthen existing customer relationships through arranging, scheduling, and resolving issues.
  • Manage daily shipments in our transportation management system software, ensuring on-time pick-up and delivery every time.
  • Handle customer operational requirements by building orders, covering shipments, providing track & trace, billing, and collections.
  • Understand market trends and industry standards to facilitate spot and contracted pricing, as well as educate customers as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years of logistics experience.
  • Customer service/support background.
  • Experience managing Excel spreadsheets.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Availability to work weekends and alternate hours.
