Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming phone calls and customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Address customer concerns and policy-related questions with accuracy and clarity.
  • Process payments from customers and provide quotes for insurance products.
  • Evaluate customers' insurance needs and provide appropriate insurance quotes based on their requirements.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and websites.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bilingual Portuguese or Spanish preferred.
Education/Experience
  • At least 3 years of customer service or sales experience.
  • Prior insurance agency experience is preferred.
