Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate coordination and support among internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer contentment at the store level, including product pickup, supply provision, and administrative tasks.
- Help resolve product or service issues by identifying the cause, delegating, and detailing the issue to the relevant department for resolution.
- Aid in the expansion of the Bottle Bill in the assigned territory, including the rollout and introduction of RVM technology.
- Chart and organize territory coverage, manage communication and meeting scheduling with customers, and draft weekly customer visit reports.
- College degree preferred, 2-4 years' experience in business.
- Valid clean driver's license.
- Fluency in English, bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred.
