Customer Service Representative Job Description

At Tomra, we're committed to transforming ideas and technology to create intelligent and pioneering tools for a sustainable future. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in the New England and Upstate NY Area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate coordination and support among internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer contentment at the store level, including product pickup, supply provision, and administrative tasks.
  • Help resolve product or service issues by identifying the cause, delegating, and detailing the issue to the relevant department for resolution.
  • Aid in the expansion of the Bottle Bill in the assigned territory, including the rollout and introduction of RVM technology.
  • Chart and organize territory coverage, manage communication and meeting scheduling with customers, and draft weekly customer visit reports.
Qualifications:
  • College degree preferred, 2-4 years' experience in business.
  • Valid clean driver's license.
  • Fluency in English, bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred.
