About the Role
We are seeking a Regional Account Growth Specialist to join our team at BARCEL USA LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with major Ahold banners at the district level to align on Barcel initiatives that drive store-level partnership and corporate-level agreements. You will engage in monthly meetings/calls with BBU, supporting senior management in customer business reviews, and develop and monitor sales targets for each Ahold banner within the territory. Fostering strong client relationships and resolving issues efficiently are also key responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 7 years of strategic sales experience, preferably in a consumer-packaged goods organization. A bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing is also required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Bilingual English and Spanish language skills are desirable, as is experience working with 3rd party direct sales distribution (DSD). This role offers an estimated salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
