About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Practice Specialist to join our team at Seton Medical Center Williamson. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a critical role in driving quality and safety initiatives across our acute care department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clinical leaders to develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines that improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with caregivers to identify opportunities for quality and safety improvement, and develop plans to address these areas.
  • Support the aggregation and interpretation of quality and patient safety data to inform care decisions.
  • Guide the implementation of Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) projects, including the revision of order sets and practice guidelines.
  • Conduct unit rounds to coach and mentor caregivers on best practices.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
  • Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
  • 2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred, with BSN and MSN degrees also preferred.
