Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a clinical expert in quality, evidence-based practices, and patient safety.
  • Develop and mentor caregivers in specialized clinical areas alongside clinical leaders.
  • Drive nursing quality metrics and evidence-based guidelines to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clinical leaders to identify and implement strategies for quality and safety improvements.
  • Support the aggregation and analysis of quality and patient safety data to inform care practices.
  • Facilitate the execution of Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) initiatives, including updates to clinical guidelines.
  • Engage in unit rounds focusing on coaching and mentorship in partnership with clinical leadership.

Qualifications
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider certification required within 30 days of hire.

Education:
Must possess a diploma from an accredited nursing school or hold the necessary professional licensure at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications
Two years of experience in acute care nursing is preferred. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) are also preferred.
