- We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Music Teacher to facilitate music education for students in transitional kindergarten through eighth grade. The role involves developing engaging curricula, providing music instruction, and organizing special events such as seasonal concerts and liturgical celebrations.
- This part-time position encompasses approximately 20 hours of teaching and preparation spread over 2 to 3 days each week, with potential for increased hours during concert preparations and other related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive music curriculum that caters to the diverse needs of students.
- Deliver high-quality music instruction that fosters a love for music and enhances students' musical skills.
- Coordinate and lead special events, including concerts and liturgical music for school masses.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued and encouraged to express themselves musically.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Music Education or a related discipline.
- Preferred valid teaching certification/license.
