About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to join Addison Group as the Manager of Administrative and Facilities Services. The role will involve overseeing administrative support and managing facilities for various office locations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations, collaborating with senior management, and ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and aligned with company standards.

  • Leadership and Team Development: Lead and develop administrative and facilities teams across assigned locations, providing coaching and performance management.
  • Operational Management: Determine staffing requirements for both teams and Principals, facilitating team effectiveness.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct annual performance reviews, setting clear and motivating goals for team members.
  • Training and Development: Identify and address training needs, coordinating with HR and Learning & Development for professional growth.
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Align team objectives with company goals through regular collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Facility Management: Ensure facility maintenance, security, and safety standards are met by working closely with building management.
  • Space Management: Manage seating arrangements and space utilization in assigned offices.
  • Project Management: Oversee projects related to office moves, renovations, and space reconfigurations.
  • Budgeting: Collaborate with Office Directors to establish and update local budgets.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7-9 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in administrative management (staffing, hiring, team development).
  • Prior experience in a professional services environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in project management, planning, budgeting, and team collaboration.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively and motivate team members.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% as needed.
  • A flexible attitude towards work hours, with some evenings or weekends possible.
