Quarry Hill, a premier extended care community in Midcoast Maine, is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join their team. As a Medical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for administering medications accurately and in a timely manner to patients/residents.

Job Overview

The Certified Nursing Assistant role is a crucial part of the healthcare team at Quarry Hill. You will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse to provide high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications accurately and in a timely manner to patients/residents
  • Monitor patient/resident vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse
  • Provide basic care to patients/residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

Requirements

  • Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required
  • Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date
  • Graduate of a state-approved Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) program required
