We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Imaging Specialist to join our team at Cooper University Health Care. As a leading healthcare provider in South Jersey, we are dedicated to providing extraordinary patient care and exceptional work environments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for directing daily activities within the department, facilitating employee orientation and training, and performing area-specific QA/QC procedures. This role also involves performing radiographic procedures in accordance with the ALARA concept, assisting physicians with radiographic procedures, and maintaining patient records via appropriate systems.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary of $63,000 per year, a 5K sign-on bonus, and opportunities for professional development. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate of completion/Degree from an Accredited Radiograph Program, minimum of 3 years clinical experience, and biennial completion of minimum required CE credits to maintain required certification/accreditation.
To be eligible for this position, applicants must be licensed by the NJDEPE and credentialed in radiography and mammography by the ARRT. Current ARRT - American Registry Radiology Tech License and CPR certification are also required.
