Sourcing and Talent Acquisition Specialist

Amazon is seeking a talented Recruiter to support hiring for Campus talent. The ideal candidate will partner with business teams to understand hiring needs and build innovative strategies to attract, source, assess, and hire students for niche roles across Amazon.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with full lifecycle recruiters, Industry hiring teams, and other stakeholders to build an early career talent strategy.
- Manage customer expectations and business goals with bi-weekly business reviews, metrics, and status updates to customers and stakeholders.
- Develop strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of Amazon, implement new processes, and develop standard operating procedures that fit within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
- Ability to develop a recruiting plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process that scales.
- Participate in special projects or recruiting initiatives; pilots, process improvement projects, etc.
- 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
- Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
- Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring.
- Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events, technology mixers, and regular attendance and participation at technology meetups and technology user groups.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $109,000/year in our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
