About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Finance Integration Specialist to join our team at Blue Origin. As a key member of our corporate development team, you will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and integrating new acquisitions to support our mission of making humanity a multi-planetary species.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the finance and accounting teams in the analysis and integration of new acquisitions, ensuring a seamless transition and alignment with our business objectives.
  • Partner with our corporate development and sales teams to develop internal models and support various acquisition and integration methods.
  • Work closely with the target and business unit teams to understand technical accounting changes and harmonize between the target entity and Blue Origin.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in M&A analysis and/or integration, or a relevant combination of sophisticated education and post-graduate experience.
  • Strong financial skills and understanding of M&A financial impact on business objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's in finance, MBA, or CPA.
  • Audit experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience with deal analysis and integration modeling/execution.
  • Big 4 audit experience in M&A.
  • Aerospace, technical, or government contract industry experience.
