Full-Cycle Recruiter

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our team at Aston Carter. As a Full-Cycle Recruiter, you will be responsible for building relationships with hiring managers and HR managers across the organization, while also developing sourcing strategies to increase visibility to job openings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct support to the hiring team throughout the hiring process, including posting roles, creating pre-screening questions, sourcing candidates, applicant tracking, ensuring compliance, and screening.
- Develop sourcing strategies and advertising efforts to increase visibility to job openings, staying current on online job boards, industry news, and recruiting trends.
- Be seen as a true subject matter expert on all things recruiting.
- Assist on a variety of projects related to staffing and sourcing, and assist with the development and execution of recruiting strategies with the Talent Acquisition team.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience within the manufacturing industry.
- Full-Cycle recruiting experience.
- Any Forestry realm recruiting experience is highly considered (or Engineered Wood Products realm recruiting experience).
- ATS Proficiency (multiple the better, but the company utilizes Taleo).
- Bachelors Degree required.
- Acting with urgency.

Compensation is tied to the Colorado and Washington markets for jobs performed in Colorado and Washington. Other locations may be subject to variances based on location-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
