Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition

At Blue Origin, we're pushing the boundaries of space exploration and development. We're seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Talent Acquisition team in supporting the growth of our business units. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams, with a focus on delivering top-quality talent to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to attract and retain top talent in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and HR colleagues to support organizational growth and talent needs.
  • Lead a team of recruiters in crafting clear and repeatable processes that deliver on talent metrics and goals.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and align on delivery goals.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent management, bringing innovative ideas to the organization.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience, including highly technical roles.
  • 3+ years of experience directly managing a team.
  • Expert level proficiency with recruiting systems and platforms.
  • Ability to understand and use data to make strategic plans.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Desired:
  • Proven track record of building and supporting a successful team of recruiters and sourcers.
  • Experience working in a technology, engineering, manufacturing, or aerospace/space industry.
  • Self-starter comfortable leading through ambiguity to define clear roadmaps and processes.

Compensation Range:
CA applicants: $154,875.00-$216,825.00; WA applicants: $154,875.00-$216,825.00
