Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple service repair projects, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with service technicians, subcontractors, and clients to meet project requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or a related field, preferably in construction or facilities management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address project-related issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
