Display Fabricator

We are seeking a highly skilled Display Fabricator to join our team at Floor & Decor. As a Display Fabricator, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining store product displays that showcase our products in an attractive and engaging way.

• Design and build store product displays that meet company standards and guidelines
• Maintain and update existing displays to ensure they remain visually appealing and effective
• Collaborate with Inventory Control Specialists to ensure accurate inventory management and minimize waste
• Develop and implement display calendars to ensure timely and efficient display creation and maintenance
• Work closely with Store Managers and Visual Merchandising Teams to ensure displays align with company goals and objectives

• 1+ year of experience in construction, building, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods
• Knowledge of power tools, measuring tools, and basic tools

This role requires working in a fast-paced retail environment with moderate noise levels. The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.
