About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Research Scientist to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for conducting research in behavioral science and providing analysis and reports reflecting findings and detailing recommendations, insights, and feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research in target areas and provide analysis and reports reflecting findings and detailing recommendations, insights, and feedback.
  • Use behavioral science expertise to support client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Contribute to impactful work and guide decision-making across multiple organizations.
  • Apply consulting skills and behavioral science expertise by simplifying technical requirements and trends, based on audience.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders using your knowledge of behavioral science.
  • Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics and key performance indicators to drive technical outcomes.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in behavioral research science.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
  • Ability to be self-motivated and pay strict attention to detail.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a Behavioral Science, Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, or Counseling field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and how to apply them to large datasets.
  • Knowledge of DoD behavioral health challenges, including those affecting the Service member and their families.
  • Possession of strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
