Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving world-class support to our customer base, including leading differentiated customer experiences for our most valuable and complex customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customized customer success plans to ensure successful implementation of Kira Learning's products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including teachers, administrators, and district leaders.
- Provide expert-level support and guidance to customers, including training, product support, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to drive alignment and improve customer success metrics.
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasting and reporting on customer success metrics, including churn risk identification and mitigation.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success, education, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of education technology and computer science.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving customer success and growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Kira Learning offers a competitive salary ($90,000 - $110,000) and equity package, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible PTO, paid parental leave, and top-notch medical, dental, and vision coverage.
