Position: Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to enhance our operations and support our clients effectively.
- Provide outstanding support to Kira Learning's clientele, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences for our key customers.
- Build strong partnerships with educational institutions by identifying and engaging with essential stakeholders.
- Regularly communicate with educators and administrators to ensure the successful implementation of Kira Learning.
- Address customer inquiries efficiently and serve as the primary escalation point for any challenges.
- Offer hands-on implementation and onboarding support to educational institutions.
- Facilitate professional development for educators through training sessions and webinars.
- Evaluate and respond to student progress and mastery data to assist educators in improving student outcomes.
- Relay educator feedback to curriculum, product, and engineering teams.
- Provide training, product support, and strategies for addressing customer issues.
- Collaborate with key partner teams such as Sales, Engineering, and Product to align efforts towards product and sales enhancements.
- Deliver precise forecasting and reporting on customer success metrics, proactively addressing any accounts at risk.
- Strategically develop innovative solutions for clients facing challenges.
- Strengthen relationships with existing educational partners to boost retention and advocate for Kira with regional partners to promote adoption.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in the education sector, with a preference for prior teaching experience.
- Extensive background working with local and state education agencies.
- Proficient in technical SaaS products and skilled in training others on their use.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse groups.
- Adaptable and agile, thriving in a dynamic startup environment.
- Positive, proactive attitude, able to navigate challenges and embrace constructive feedback.
- Ability to foster an inclusive culture where all team members feel valued.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Hubspot is a plus.
