Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package including an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, along with opportunities for performance bonuses.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state where the position will be based.
  • At least 3 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy, preferably in a leadership or clinical development role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • A passion for lifelong learning, staying up-to-date with industry developments, and applying evidence-based practices in clinical settings.
