Clinical Support Specialist

As a Mental Health Clinician at ServiceNet, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their journey to recovery. Our team provides comprehensive care to individuals with mental health challenges, and we are seeking a skilled clinician to join our ranks.
Your responsibilities will include assessing participant needs, creating personalized treatment plans, coordinating care with other service providers, and leading the team with your clinical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet participant needs.
- Collaborate with outreach staff and other service providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team through training and mentorship.
- Participate in the on-call rotation to provide support during critical times.
Requirements:
- Clinical Masters degree required.
- Massachusetts clinical license or license-eligible required (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LADC-1, ABA, etc.).
- Experience providing clinical and recovery services to individuals with mental illness.
Benefits:
- Salary range: $60,000 - 74,000 (based on experience and credentials).
- Sign on bonus: $5,000.
