Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven ecommerce strategies to increase revenue and customer acquisition
  • Manage and optimize our ecommerce platform, ensuring seamless user experience and high conversion rates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute marketing and merchandising promotions
  • Test and analyze site assets, links, promotions, and product attribution to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
  • Partner with Brand and Merchandising teams to maintain accurate product information and messaging
  • Work with the SEO manager to create SEO-friendly landing pages and optimize site content
  • Coordinate with internal teams to execute banners, custom landing pages, and other content needs
  • Develop and manage social media content and A/B testing and personalization strategies
Requirements
  • 5+ years of ecommerce experience, preferably in a regulated industry
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms (Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud), CMS systems (WordPress, Squarespace), and social media tools (Sprout Social)
  • Strong analytical, consulting, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
  • Expertise in Google Analytics and ecommerce metrics
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
