Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to senior staff members, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings.
- Develop and implement effective office procedures and systems to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Serve as a liaison between departments and external agencies, providing excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, budget reports, and other sensitive information.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, mail processing, and supply management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
