NetVUE Office Coordinator

Aquinas College seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as an administrative assistant for the NetVUE program. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the NetVUE staff, including scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate information in the member database, and preparing correspondence. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting a team and contributing to the success of a dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for NetVUE staff members
- Assist with maintaining accurate information in the member database and corresponding with staff at NetVUE member institutions
- Prepare correspondence, including mail-merged documents, for the executive director of NetVUE
- Maintain accurate records of NetVUE-related activities and information on potential members
- Assist with developing and executing email marketing campaigns to inform member campuses about NetVUE programs and services
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and preparing routine correspondence
- Attend to basic financial recordkeeping and manage supply inventory
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle confidential information
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
