Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a professional fine dining restaurant kitchen environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in kitchen management, preferably as a Sous Chef or above.
  • Menu and recipe development and costing experience.
  • Serve Safe certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with food purchasing and inventory management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Apps.
