Job Summary

As a Sushi Chef at Marriott, you will be responsible for leading the culinary team and ensuring the highest quality of food products. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to develop and implement new menu items, train staff, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in the culinary industry preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team to achieve high standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and mentor staff
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
