Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Protection Program Manager to join our team at AT-RISK International. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for providing personal protective services to senior executives, their families, and other VIPs. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide protective services to senior executives, their families, and other VIPs, including static post coverage, security advances, and travel with key executives.
  • Conduct investigations related to clients' needs, including threat assessments and coordination with leadership to take necessary countermeasures.
  • Develop and deliver special event security plans, including coordination with local security, law enforcement, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide supervisory and leadership guidance to a protective team, including training and briefings on security practices.
  • Coordinate the collection and dissemination of threat intelligence, and participate in special event planning meetings to prepare security plans.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in security services, military, or law enforcement, or suitable equivalent education plus 2 years of experience specific to executive protection.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to carry out instructions and work with limited supervision, with a clear understanding of the principles, duties, and requirements of executive protection assignments.
  • Ability to follow direction, complete tasks as assigned, and provide sound judgment in the carrying out of protective details.
