As a Senior Risk Manager, you will be responsible for defining, owning, and executing end-to-end projects independently, with a heavy tech component.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats to customer confidence
- Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering, to drive business solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather consensus and ensure alignment on key topics and projects
- Drive process improvements and implement lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Communicate complex ideas and solutions to senior leadership and other stakeholders
- Exercise high judgment to make informed decisions, even in ambiguous situations

RequirementsWe are looking for a candidate with 6+ years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk management. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, and a Master's degree or equivalent is preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is also a plus.
