Role Summary
The Risk BizOps team is in search of a Site Reliability Engineer to address challenges, enhance our CI/CD pipeline, and spearhead Mastercard's initiatives in DevOps automation and best practices.
This role will primarily focus on Threat Scan and related applications. We seek individuals who are:

Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of our team, you will:
- Engage in and enhance the entire lifecycle of services—from inception and design to deployment, operation, and refinement.
- Analyze IT Service Management (ITSM) activities and provide feedback to development teams regarding operational gaps and resilience concerns.
- Support services prior to launch through system design consulting, capacity planning, and launch reviews.
- Monitor and maintain services post-launch by assessing availability, latency, and overall system health.
- Drive sustainable scaling of systems through automation and advocate for improvements that enhance reliability and speed.
- Oversee the application CI/CD pipeline to facilitate software promotion into higher environments, leading Mastercard in DevOps automation.
- Implement sustainable incident response practices and conduct blameless postmortems.
- Adopt a holistic approach to problem-solving during production events, optimizing recovery times.
- Collaborate with a global team across various tech hubs and time zones.
- Share knowledge and mentor junior team members.
