About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Manager - Technical to join our team at Mastercard. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop inspiring product visions and roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product management, to define and deliver product features and capabilities.
  • Own the product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Make data-driven decisions to prioritize product features and investments, leveraging market research, customer feedback, and business metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to inform product strategies and decisions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical products and platforms.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products and features that meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with Java, distributed systems, and microservices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
