Data Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineering Manager to join our team at Mastercard. As a Data Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading our data engineering team to design, develop, and implement data solutions that drive business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of data engineers to develop and maintain data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
- Design and implement data architectures that meet business requirements and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data engineering projects and initiatives.
- Develop and manage data engineering budgets and resource allocation.
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on data architecture, data warehousing, and data lakes.
- Proven experience in leading data engineering teams and managing data engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data security, and data compliance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong technical skills in data engineering tools and technologies, including Python, Spark, Hadoop, and SQL.
