About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bizops Engineer to join our team at Mastercard. As a key member of our BizOps team, you will play a critical role in driving our DevOps transformation and leading automation efforts across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable and efficient cloud infrastructure to support our business needs.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline our CI/CD pipeline and improve overall system reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance our DevOps practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our team remains at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong background in cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with industry-standard tools and technologies, such as AWS, Azure, Docker, and Jenkins.
