This role will report to the Senior Manager of Onboarding & Education.

The primary focus of this position is to manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and the training initiatives for new clinicians, as well as those requiring additional education. Responsibilities include updating, developing, and creating educational materials tailored for clinician training on Signify Health products. The role involves capturing data analytics from the LMS and presenting findings to relevant stakeholders. Additionally, the position serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the LMS in cross-functional collaborations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the LMS to enhance processes and improve the learning experience for clinicians.
  • Developing, coordinating, and maintaining the structure of learning activities within the LMS, including the creation of learning activities, plans, and tracks.
  • Updating and refining user experience within the LMS.
  • Providing expertise and training on the LMS.
  • Identifying external resources and vendors that align with e-learning requirements.
  • Managing content maintenance, assessing materials, and collaborating with subject matter experts to establish best practices for the LMS.
  • Conducting training and educational conferences as needed.
  • Activating clinicians in the LMS and assigning required training.
  • Ensuring all clinicians complete necessary training before commencing projects.
  • Serving as a resource for the development of external educational, sales, and marketing materials.
  • Creating and maintaining compliance reports, onboarding documentation, and other training records.
  • Facilitating effective communication with recruiters and the onboarding team regarding clinician training.
  • Addressing clinician inquiries related to the learning process and materials.
  • Ensuring all learning materials are current, easily accessible, and appropriately retired.
  • Creating, reviewing, and maintaining educational materials, including web-based content, presentations, and multimedia modules.

Qualifications:

  • B.S. degree in business administration, computer information systems, educational technology, or instructional design is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in building, extending, and managing a learning management system, preferably using Salesforce.
  • Experience in curriculum development and eLearning production, familiar with standards such as SCORM and AICC.
  • Proven experience in vendor management and collaboration with diverse user groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively, ensuring strong collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience in digital learning course and content development.
  • Familiarity with course development software.
  • Strong planning skills for lessons and curricula.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work, continuously seeking to improve processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Salesforce capabilities and limitations.
  • Ability to establish and implement best practices for system maintenance and data integrity.
  • Experience in designing, documenting, building, testing, and deploying enhancements within Salesforce.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with diverse groups in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker, adaptable to change, and quick to learn new concepts.
