About the Position:

This role is an on-campus, in-person position that requires a strong understanding of instructional technologies and a passion for supporting faculty and students. The Instructional Systems Administrator II will be responsible for managing and supporting the campus Learning Management System (LMS), Canvas, and other instructional technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, streamline, and deliver internal and external training curricula for instructional technologies
  • Provide high-level training and strategic support for Canvas and other instructional technologies
  • Collaborate with academic units, OIT project managers, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and support
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the University's growth and success in utilizing LMS systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of three (3) years of work experience administrating a campus LMS system
  • Canvas experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and communicate effectively with faculty, students, and staff
