Senior Manager of Client Relations

In the role of Senior Manager of Client Relations, you will play a pivotal part in fostering robust partnerships with our valued clients while spearheading revenue enhancement through AFS offerings. This position requires consistent engagement with clients to ensure outstanding service delivery, achieving or exceeding sales targets, and maintaining client loyalty. Adhering to our fundamental principles of Integrity, Involvement, and Excellence is essential in this role.
Location: Remote Opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and develop relationships with existing AFS clientele
- Recognize opportunities for upselling within the designated client portfolio
- Market and present AFS services to prospective clients in the area
- Guarantee a favorable customer experience by collaborating closely with the Account Management team
- Engage new clients through diverse prospecting strategies
- Work with cross-departmental teams to create and execute client solutions
- Leverage Salesforce for effective customer relationship management
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations
Required Qualifications:
- Solid background in sales and account management
- Experience in consultative selling
- Strong communication abilities
- Vast network within the logistics sector
- Demonstrated capability to connect with executive-level decision makers
- Self-driven and focused on results
- Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in the logistics field
- A minimum of 3 years in business development within the logistics industry
