Role Overview
As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction, ensuring that any issues related to accounts are addressed efficiently.
Your Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through live chat and email in a timely manner.
- Handle queue-based tasks, which will constitute the majority of your work.
- Utilize live chat as the primary support channel.
- Guide customers through inquiries related to their accounts, billing, and other transactions.
- Independently achieve targets related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction in both email and live chat.
- Stay informed about new product features and enhancements.
- Identify and escalate significant customer experiences when necessary.
Who We Seek
- Availability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet customer needs.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail, hospitality, or online support.
- Proficiency in interpreting and responding to customer inquiries.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in spelling and grammar.
- Ability to analyze conversations, pinpoint issues, and align on objectives.
- Skill in prioritizing multiple requests effectively.

Compensation
