Position Title: Client Relations Specialist

Position Overview:

  • Acts as a liaison between various departments and the central office in a customer support setting. Responsible for reviewing, updating, and managing client accounts while ensuring compliance with established protocols and providing exceptional service.
  • The department requires additional support to handle increased workloads, particularly in processing financial transactions and related inquiries.

Required Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, excellent communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, and proficiency in computer applications.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite – including Outlook, Word, and Excel – along with 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a relevant degree.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

Knowledge of:

  • Essential software applications for document creation, data management, and communication.
  • Regulatory compliance and risk management practices.

Skills in:

  • Effective verbal and written communication to engage with various levels of management and colleagues.
  • Handling a high volume of inquiries while delivering outstanding customer service, with a strong emphasis on multitasking.

Ability to:

  • Exhibit a professional demeanor while training new team members on processes and responsibilities.
  • Navigate complex tasks efficiently.
  • Work autonomously as well as collaboratively with supervisors.
  • Thrive under pressure from deadlines and fluctuating workloads.

Educational Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
