About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Office Administrator to join our team at Edward Jones. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting the financial advisor in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Assist the financial advisor in developing and implementing business plans to achieve client objectives.
  • Provide administrative support to the branch team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and support the growth of the branch.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as financial services or administration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in current and new office technology, including Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and achieving business objectives.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
