Sales Manager

Are you passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals? Do you have a drive to high performance and celebrating wins? We need a Sales Manager who can help us drive membership and revenue KPI performance while delivering an exceptional member experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with leadership to properly manage and execute performance and productivity goals/expectations.
- Use OTF/Thrive tools and reporting systems to manage leads, sales, and follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed monthly membership and sales goals.
- Develop a high-energy culture of OTF.
- Stay current on all Orange University curriculum.
- Attend all necessary OTF webinars listed in the weekly bulletin.
- Attend regular leadership or sales meetings.
- Enforce OTF and Thrive corporate policies, business practices, systems, and processes.
- Sales driver and self-motivated to achieve goals.
- Meets commitments and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Independent thinker, team player.
- Honesty, integrity, and accountability.
