Job Description:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving membership and revenue growth through the Orangetheory sales process. This role focuses on delivering exceptional member experiences while meeting and exceeding monthly sales and membership goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute performance and productivity strategies.
  • Utilize OTF/Thrive tools and reporting systems to manage leads, sales, and follow-ups.
  • Stay engaged and collaborative with the sales team to achieve monthly sales and membership goals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly membership and sales targets.
  • Be available and present for outreach and sales events.
  • Develop a high-energy culture within the studio.
  • Stay current on all Orange University curriculum.
  • Attend regular leadership and sales meetings.
  • Enforce OTF and Thrive corporate policies, business practices, systems, and processes.

Compensation:

$21.00 per hour

Orangetheory Fitness is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance. Our 60-minute classes, led by highly trained and certified coaches, target at least 12 minutes in the Orange Zone to raise heart rates and charge up metabolism. This results in an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). Our philosophy is to help people live longer, more vibrant lives by providing a workout that transcends weight loss and bikini season. We aim to improve members' physical strength, mood, cognition, sleep, and overall happiness and quality of life.
