Sales Leadership Development Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop mastery of the AMP sale by learning and following established AMP best practices to identify leads and close new accounts through in-person prospecting.
- Train and develop a team of 15 field sales representatives in the greater Orlando area to acquire new accounts and achieve district growth objectives.
- Closely collaborate and coordinate with corporate managers in Recruiting, Human Resources, Training, and Operations to equitably administer all company policies.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable record of success in a competitive endeavor, whether academics, athletics, sales, leadership of an organization, or prior workplace distinctions.
- Enthusiasm for personally making sales to small business owners, and the ability to mentor managed sales reps by working alongside them in the sales field successfully.
- Ability to plan, multi-task, manage time effectively, and lead others.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
